The Multi-Circuit Protection Valve receives compressed air from the air supply system comprising the air compressor and air treatment devices (contaminant removal and pressure control) and then distributes the compressed air to the system reservoirs. Multi-Circuit Protection Valve's most common configuration is the four-circuit valve in which circuits 1 and 2 supply the service brake reservoirs, and circuits 3 and 4 supply the spring brake, trailer (if applicable) and auxiliary circuits.
