The Load Sensing Valve is used to adjust the pressure of the service brake according to the load imposed on the axles of the vehicle The Pressure Sensing Valve air suspension uses the pressure in the air suspension bags to' feel' the pressure on the axles and to assess the brake ratio of the valve. Valve versions are available, including static or dynamic function, with and without relay and relay emergency functionality. The relay emergency feature in case of a breakaway provides automatic braking on a trailer. At the moment of the braking application, a static valve uses the braking ratio. Throughout the brake application, a dynamic valve adjusts the braking ratio to help counteract the load transfer effect.
